How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery on UAE orders over AED 300.

What are your products made of?

Only materials we trust with our own child — solid woods, organic cottons, food-grade and BPA-free silicones. Every product page lists its exact materials and care instructions. If a piece doesn't meet our standard, we simply don't carry it.

Are your products safe?

Every item is selected for compliance with international child safety standards, and we personally use and test what we sell. Age recommendations are listed on each product page — please follow them.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Write to us first at bigsmallthingsae@gmail.com and we'll arrange it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Sale items and personal-care items are final sale.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry — send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, no back-and-forth.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Is this a gift?

Lovely. Leave a note at checkout and we'll make sure no prices are included in the package.

An item I want is sold out. Will it return?

Usually, yes — we restock slowly and deliberately. Follow @bigsmallthings.ae or join the newsletter to hear first.
